Sarah & Michael | Bush House Estate Wedding

This was one of my favorite weddings of the year!  I can say that for a variety of reasons, but I just adored everything about Sarah & Mike's Bush House Estate wedding.  Sarah is a graphic designer and Mike a special education teacher, and the two met while working part time at a local restaurant.  Music is a huge part of their lives (which is totally evident by the gifts they gave one another before walking down the aisle and their song selections throughout the reception), and Mike proposed before a concert in Philly.  The Bush House Estate was just the perfect location for their wedding, each of them has a nostalgia to their personalities that fits the classic property so, so well.

What was the inspiration for your wedding day?

We wanted a classic wedding that included the things we love, Donuts, music, records, ands our family and friends.

Do you have any advice for couples planning future weddings?

Relax, it will all come together. Take moments to be be alone. Just enjoy every moment.

What was your favorite part of the day?

Marrying my best friend.
