Snowy Winter Engagement | Henna & Tristan
I love everything about winter, but we have had such mild winters for the past two years! When Henna suggested that she wanted a snowy engagement session, I knew it would be a challenge. When I woke up to some snow last Monday and saw that the forecast was calling for snow the remainder of the day, I got ahold of Henna to let her know it was the perfect day! With two demanding work schedules, they had to wait until the last possible minute to see if they were going to be able to make the session happen. With about 20-30 minutes of daylight remaining, Henna & Tristan showed up at my house and we had one of the most gorgeous (and fastest) engagement sessions to date! Henna & Tristan: They met in Organic Chemistry lab in college! They were lab partners and dated for nearly six years before Tristan popped the question last July. I feel like this has romance written all over it. They are both now pharmacists, and enjoy cooking in their free time. I can’t wait to see what the menu is at Herman & Luther’s on their wedding day. It’s the perfect venue for food enthusiasts who love fresh ingredients!
The Proposal: On a vacation to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Tristan planned an excursion to the Mayan Ruins in Tulum, where he proposed! Perfection.
